{"id":181,"date":"2020-01-16T10:57:32","date_gmt":"2020-01-16T07:57:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.turcoinsaat.com.tr\/eurotolia-guvenliginiz-icin-ne-yaptik\/"},"modified":"2020-01-16T10:59:11","modified_gmt":"2020-01-16T07:59:11","slug":"eurotolia-what-have-done-to-ensure-your-safety","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.turcoinsaat.com.tr\/en\/eurotolia-what-have-done-to-ensure-your-safety\/","title":{"rendered":"EUROTOLIA \u2013 What have done to Ensure your safety?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>While carrying out EUROTOLIA B\u00fcy\u00fck\u00e7ekmece Panorama Apartments project, we have:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"list_check\">\n<li>developed designs strictly in compliance with the Earthquake Specification;<\/li>\n<li>built robust and durable Raft Foundations.<\/li>\n<li>Built an extra basement underground in spite of the fact that the option with a single basement is capable of meeting needs;<\/li>\n<li>used highly-resistant C30 concrete and rebars;<\/li>\n<li>built buildings with a small number of floors which are made up of light building materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-178 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.turcoinsaat.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/eurotolia-guvenliginiz-icin-ne-yaptik-icerik.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"366\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.turcoinsaat.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/eurotolia-guvenliginiz-icin-ne-yaptik-icerik.jpg 650w, https:\/\/www.turcoinsaat.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/eurotolia-guvenliginiz-icin-ne-yaptik-icerik-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.turcoinsaat.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/eurotolia-guvenliginiz-icin-ne-yaptik-icerik-260x146.jpg 260w, https:\/\/www.turcoinsaat.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/eurotolia-guvenliginiz-icin-ne-yaptik-icerik-50x28.jpg 50w, https:\/\/www.turcoinsaat.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/eurotolia-guvenliginiz-icin-ne-yaptik-icerik-133x75.jpg 133w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width:767px) 480px, 650px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>EXTRA BASEMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Although the levels of the plot of land on which EUROTOLIA B\u00fcy\u00fck\u00e7ekmece Panorama Apartments are built permit the construction of a single basement corresponding to garden floors and this single-basement option would have satisfied needs, it was decided to build an<strong>\u00a0Extra Basement<\/strong>\u00a0underground due to reasons cited below and upon the proposal of the static team:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"list_check\">\n<li>Foundations of buildings were lowered three meters further on account the\u00a0<strong>Extra Basement<\/strong>\u00a0and thus ground safety was maximized.<\/li>\n<li>Interaction between ground and building was strengthened thanks to the\u00a0<strong>Extra Basement<\/strong>\u00a0and the building was prevented from moving due to inclination and natural ground.<\/li>\n<li>The basement was entirely enclosed with reinforced concrete curtain walls thanks to the\u00a0<strong>Extra Basement<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The reinforced concrete curtain walls compose a reinforced concrete box together with the raft foundation of the building so that it will remain compact and rigid under earthquake loads and have a reliable performance.<\/li>\n<li>The\u00a0<strong>Extra Basement<\/strong> prevented close contact between garden floors with soil in terms of building comfort and eliminated potential water and heat insulation problems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>STATIC DRAWINGS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>EUROTOLIA B\u00fcy\u00fck\u00e7ekmece Panorama Apartments which have been meticulously designed by a technical team specialized in static \/ reinforced concrete have the following building safety characteristics outlined below:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"list_check\">\n<li>A proper reinforced concrete frame system<\/li>\n<li>Proper load balance<\/li>\n<li>Ductile behavior<\/li>\n<li>Energy absorption capacity<\/li>\n<li>No torsion<\/li>\n<li>No soft or weak layer<\/li>\n<li>No projecting part<\/li>\n<li>No columns at the end of cantilevers<\/li>\n<li>No short column<\/li>\n<li>No resistance problem<\/li>\n<li>No lateral rigidity problem<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>While carrying out EUROTOLIA B\u00fcy\u00fck\u00e7ekmece Panorama Apartments project, we have: developed designs strictly in compliance with the Earthquake Specification; built robust and durable Raft Foundations.
